Our client a leading construction company in North London, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Estimator.

The salary range for this role is 50k to 75k.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and competitive bids for construction projects.
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine material, labour, and equipment costs.
• Manage subcontractor quotes and ensure their alignment with project budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project feasibility.
• Stay up-to-date on construction trends, materials, and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator or related field.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
