Description
- Assist in preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Support year end audit process.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Providing financial advice to the management team.
- Overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Managing internal and external audits.
- Leading the finance team and promoting best practices.
- Contributing to the overall strategic planning of the Not For Profit organisation.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A recognised accountancy qualification.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Experience in managing audits and financial processes.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package of 43,000 - 48,000 per annum.
