This role offers significant career progression to a Finance Director position and the chance to be involved in various aspects of the business, contributing to its ongoing success.Role:We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with strong leadership capabilities looking for a step up or a seasoned FC looking for a new challenge.  This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and lead initiatives that drive both financial and operational success.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimise financial systems, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyse performance and provide strategic insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee sales invoicing, VAT returns, and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead audit processes and work with the Finance Director on system improvements.
The Candidate:
  • Experienced in presenting management accounts to senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant accounting qualification preferred (CIMA, ACCA).
