We are looking for a dedicated Financial Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing financial management, contributing to financial strategy, and leading the finance team.

Description
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.
- Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform risk management by analysing investments and expenditure.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A qualification in accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with creating financial statements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated annual salary range of £48,500 - £52,500
