Description
The duties include:
- Month end results preparation including month end files, journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary.
- Assist with the production of cost centre reporting packs and variance analysis for the business.
- Monthly bank reconciliations - with daily maintenance.
- Reconcile credit card spend.
- Preparation of weekly Bad Debt reports
- Assist in preparation of monthly commissions.
- Preparation of the quarterly VAT return.
- Assisting with the annual audit process.
- Support the business with insightful reporting and ad-hoc analyses/ projects.
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar role - Essential
- Be studying towards ACCA, CIMA or finance degree - Desirable
- Be qualified by experienced if not studying and looking to grow with the business - Essential
- Have intermediate MS Excel skills - Essential
- Have a can do attitude and strong communication skills - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay up to £40,000 + parking + pension + progression
