Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well established company, in their recruitment of an Administrator. This permanent position would involve supporting an established, friendly administration team, who will support and train if necessary.

Your new role:

  • To provide administrative support to the departments and wider teams within the group
  • Ensuring the administration duties are managed efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external parties
  • Effective communication so that all parties are updated throughout the process
  • Maintenance of internal systems and databases so that all invoices and information is correct
  • Proactively follow up any discrepancies or customer and supplier queries, to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manor
  • Manage customer portals
  • Manage incoming post/emails/phone calls & general administration correspondence
  • Support with any ad hoc tasks as required by the department

Skills and Experience:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this role
  • Organisational skills and ability to work to tight timescales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written
  • Good team player who seeks to assist colleagues and has strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident, enthusiastic and willingness to engage with our values
  • Flexibility to cover other department tasks or assist as required
  • Strong Excel skills and previous accounts package experience
