Your new companyA global leader in enrichment technology and innovative energy solutions, my client is looking for an individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&I department, reporting to the Assembly and Installation Manager based at their Urenco Capenhurst site.Your new roleYou will be joining a company that will make you a team member within a group of enthusiastic and motivated individuals, who share goals and take pride in their work, achieving great results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, updating and issuing all documents and ensuring that records are kept in accordance with procedures.
  • Manage asset inventory to ensure equipment is correctly identified and maintained.
  • Support contractors with onboarding, security and training.
  • Manage visitor's requests, documentation and visit planning.
  • Support coordination of travel, leave and meetings for the A&I department.
  • Manage planning and coordination of training.
  • Support management of document control.
  • Manage SAP Purchase Requisitions.
  • Manage SAP time bookings.

What you'll need to succeedPrior experience in a similar role is preferred. However, if you have experience within administration and the below, we invite you to still apply

  • Good secondary education to at least GCSE/ A Level standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible, reliable with a 'can do' approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for working in a team environment.
  • DV security clearance is required in order to undertake the role.
