THE SENIOR PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE ROLE
Campaign Management & Optimisation - Oversee and manage all paid media campaigns, ensuring they are fully optimised to meet KPIs within budget, continuously test, monitor, and refine spend management, targeting, and creative strategies to maximise performance.
Implement and execute traffic-driving tactics across paid social, search, retargeting, display, ATL, and emerging channels.
Performance Analysis & Strategy - Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and platform updates and develop, propose, and review paid media strategies on an ongoing basis.
Collaboration & Team Support - Work closely with creative and design teams to integrate best practices into campaigns, partner with the eCommerce and Product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, assist the Paid Media Lead in coaching and supporting junior team members and provide support across the wider Paid Team, ensuring smooth operations and full coverage of work.
SENIOR PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance marketing.
- Ability to analyse large data sets, extract meaningful insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Hands-on experience in driving call-to-action retail marketing activities, particularly across direct response channels.
- Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads, along with their associated tools for campaign management and optimisation.
- A keen interest in growing digital channels like TikTok, Snapchat, and other evolving advertising platforms.
- Ecommerce or agency experience
