Sonic Summary

Anderton Concrete is seeking Production Operatives for full-time positions due to an increased workload.
The initial shift is from 06:00 am to 14:00 pm, with a potential future rotating shift pattern.
Candidates will work 40 hours per week, with overtime available as needed, and immediate starts are offered for suitable applicants.
The starting salary for the position is £12.92 per hour, along with retention bonuses of £100 after 4 weeks and £200 after 12 weeks of continuous service.
No specific year of experience is required as full training will be provided, and the role involves manual handling and machine operating.

Due to an increase in work load, Anderton Concrete are looking for Production Operatives, working towards Production Targets, on an initial shift of 06:00am to 14:00pm, (but may return to a working Rotating Shift pattern 06:00 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 in the future,) Monday to Friday, working 40 Hours per week, on an ongoing basis. Overtime is available as and when required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. Initially, the role involves working on a rework project, but long term will become a Machine Operating role. The role does involve Manual Handling. Full training is given. Full time Contracts are available depending on Performance, Time Keeping and Punctuality.

Starting Salary is £12.92 per hour. Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (100 % attendance )

Carrying our Rework

Removing Finished Products

Stacking and Banding

Loading Concrete into Moulds and Machines

Machine Operating

Working as Part of a Team

Quality Checks

Filling out Paperwork

Lifting and Moving of Products (Manually and with Mechanical Aids)
