The Opportunity

The Manufacturing and Supply Chain division within Dechra is implementing Oracle Cloud applications across its internal manufacturing sites. This is a key project in the digital transformation of the end-to-end processes across the division and the outcome will be to harmonize best practice across the global business with increased efficiency, compliance and productivity.

The Business Analyst will support the Global Process Owner, ensuring the workstream deliverables and activities are completed in full, and on time for the programme.

Main Responsibilities

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Support the completion of key project deliverables such as Change Impact Assessments, User Requirement Specifications and Functional Risk Assessments.
  • Assist in the authoring, reviewing and approval process of user acceptance testing scripts, Global / Local SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Ensure all deliverables and documentation meet Quality and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) standards.
  • Competent use of various systems including Kneat, Veeva, Zoho, Asana and Oracle.
  • Good understanding of the overall ERP system design, with proficient knowledge of the Global Process Owners workstream and processes.
  • Ability to facilitate face-to-face and virtual training with manufacturing sites in various global locations.
  • Able to work to deadlines, communicate and escalate challenges effectively, with a solution focused mindset.
  • Deputise for the Global Process Owner as and when required.
  • Ad-hoc support of the Business-as-usual quarterly update process and change management of the Oracle solution.
