Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a D365 Business Analyst to join an Leading Microsoft Partner working on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations across several diverse industries!

My client is actively recruiting for this role due their organic growth and expanding project pipeline, they foster a positive team culture and an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to continue their career with Dynamics.

Role + Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, plan business process mapping and functional design.
  • Work closely with colleagues on all aspects of the end-to-end implementation cycle.
  • Provide support to the development team, helping with configurations.
  • Influence and involvement in UAT.
  • Delivery system training to key users.

Skills + Qualifications

  • End-to-end experience in D365 CRM implementations
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, functional design, testing and training.
  • Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE in particular Sales + Customer Service modules.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client engagement skills.
