Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer specifications via online portals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and resolve specification issues.
- Review and approve product artwork and packaging to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations.
- Provide guidance to NPD and procurement teams on food regulations, customer policies, and codes of practice.
- Support external and third-party audits, presenting information as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Food industry within Quality or Food Safety
- Knowledge of BRC guidelines and HACCP
- Experience using online retailer portals
Location: Northwich
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35k - £40k
Working Hours: Full Time - 8am - 4pm (flexible) with Hybrid working.
