Account Manager - Africa (Distributor Sales) is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding partnerships with distributors across the African continent. This role focuses on market penetration, revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative renewable energy solutions to meet regional needs. - Identify, onboard, and support new distributors to align with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure distributors meet sales targets, compliance, and service quality metrics.
Sales Strategy and Execution

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in the renewable energy sector.
- Collaborate with distributors to implement effective promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales volume, market share, and profitability goals.
Market Expansion and Analysis

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor activity.
- Partner with distributors to penetrate untapped markets and launch innovative solutions.
- Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in sales, business development, or distributor-based models, with a preference for renewable energy or related industries.
- Regional Expertise: Proven experience in managing sales across diverse African markets ideally Nigeria.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Fluency in French is highly desirable.
