Head of Marketing £65-75,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most trusted, award-winning private healthcare clinics in the UK as the Head of Marketing.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in order to ensure growth, brand visibility and a strong return on investment (ROI) for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a marketing strategy across digital, advertising and communications to promote brand values.
  • Develop marketing plans with long-term and short-term goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage a monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budget, tracking marketing spend with ROI.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team.
  • Lead on day-to-day management of external agencies, SEO consultant, web designer/IT support.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor, review and report on all marketing activities/marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to uncover insights, create innovative marketing and branding strategies and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
  • Keep up-to-date and use latest marketing technologies, apps and social media.
  • Manage promotional literature, i.e. copy, design and print of brochures, leaflets, slideshows - ensuring all marketing material is up-to-date.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in marketing as well as having experience of managing a team.
  • Demonstrate experience in brand management strategy with pipeline growth.
  • Have proven budget management experience.
  • Experience of leading a team.
  • Experienced in all areas of marketing.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Good eye for design to keep within brand guidelines.
  • Excellent project and time management skills - a self-starter, able to confidently meet deadlines and handle a varied task list.
  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent.
