Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and manage partnerships to secure high-value backlinks.
- Monitor and maintain backlink quality, ensuring compliance with Google's guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Provide regular reports on campaign progress, results, and impact on client performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and develop innovative outreach approaches.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand client objectives and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Continuously refine outreach processes, tools, and templates to maximise efficiency and scalability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on backlink outreach.
- Proven track record of securing high-quality backlinks for clients.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, link-building strategies, and Google's guidelines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with industry-leading tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar outreach platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative and adaptable, with a strong ability to test and implement new ideas in outreach.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
