We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry. The successful candidate will be required to drive growth, optimise market share, and ensure the successful launch of new products.

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Direct marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Manage agency partners to execute marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of launch plans for new products.

Profile

A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
