• Empower Learners - Manage a caseload of learners, guiding them from enrolment to End Point Assessment.
• Inspire & Teach - Deliver engaging monthly teaching sessions (online or in-person) with meaningful feedback to drive success.
• Track Progress - Conduct detailed learner progress reviews every 10-12 weeks, ensuring they stay on track.
• Personalised Support - Identify and support learners with additional needs using platforms like Cognassist.
• Functional Skills Development - Help learners enhance their maths and English to meet apprenticeship requirements.
• Engaging Group Sessions - Organise and deliver structured online group teaching sessions.
• Drive Learner Success - Monitor progress, support at-risk learners, and contribute to business targets and KPIs.

• Extensive experience as a Residential Manager, Deputy, or Senior in the sector.
• Relevant qualifcation level 3 minimum
• Understanding of apprenticeships and up-to-date knowledge of residential care legislation.
• Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA) - Desirable
• Experience in assessing apprenticeships - Desirable
