Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with a passion for managing capital projects and leading teams?

An organisation based in the North West of England is looking for an experienced and capable Surveyor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage key Capital Projects and a team of Building Surveyors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct building surveys, assessments, and inspections to ensure properties meet statutory regulations and safety standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, including building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and management of capital projects, including refurbishments and property maintenance across a wide range of assets.
  • Manage a small team of surveyors covering repairs and maintenance

The role is for a minimum of 6 months however there is scope to go further.

A degree in Building Surveying or a related field, and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB) is advantageous but not a deal breaker.

The role offers a hybrid model however you would be required to be on site 3 days a week.

Day rates are negotiable, starting at £350.
