Customer Service Administrator, Northwich, Permanent, £23,500
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, personable, and close nit company in the heart of Northwich. Working within their small busy admin team, reporting into the Admin Manager, they require an extra team member to support them as they continue to grow and succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Registering customer details accurately
- Setting up customers on the in-house system
- Accurate data entry
- Issuing certification following completion of relevant training courses
- Maintaining the internal database
- Handling incoming calls
- Making outbound calls to gather relevant information
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and ideally administration experience, be able to adapt to new systems quickly and be able to work as part of a team but also utilise your own initiative. Having the confidence to speak to customers is essential. In return the company will offer 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, free onsite parking.
