The Role: Site Manager (Residential Groundworks)The Location: North WestEmployment: Permanent We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well respected tier 2 contractor who have a wealth of experience and a very strong pipeline. The initial project will be working on residential groundworks and experience within this would be highly beneficial. As the project will consist of working on project groundworks, a background in plot drainage, foundations, roads sewers will be beneficial.The company take pride in everything they do from stakeholder interaction through planning all the way to the final touches that makes each project special. With a healthy pipeline of Projects in the area we are now actively recruiting for a Site Manager to join this excellent company. The company have a healthy relationship with suppliers, sub-contractors and labour bringing a respectful feel to large projects ensuring everyone works together to deliver. We are looking for an individual who is looking to join a company for the foreseeable and progress within as they grow further in the region.
