Drainage Operations Manager - North West / Midlands

We're currently recruiting for a Drainage Operations Manager to support the delivery of drainage services across the North West and Midlands. This role is ideal for someone with drainage experience who excels on the operations and administration side of the business.

You'll be a key part of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing admin-heavy processes, and supporting both internal teams and external suppliers.

What you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing day-to-day drainage operations

  • Managing and tracking purchase orders (POs)

  • Coordinating CCTV works and compiling reports

  • Onboarding and managing supplier relationships

  • Providing clear notes and documentation for teams

  • Supporting internal admin functions to ensure efficiency

What we're looking for:
  • Background in drainage or a similar sector (essential)

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

  • Based in the North West or Midlands (location required)

  • Qualifications such as OS19X and MSCC5 are highly desirable but not essential
