Our Client
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the best established, well-respected and trusted contractor businesses in the North West building industry. Based out of their head office in Birkenhead, Wirral they are roofing and liquid waterproofing specialists that operate nationally. They have been at the forefront of maintaining and protecting a comprehensive building portfolio, working within challenging and diverse environments which includes schools, hospitals, offices, industrial buildings and leisure centres. With a long term view of growing the business whilst maintaining efficient service and project delivery, they are now looking for a like-minded and growth orientated individual to join the business in the role of Pre-Construction Manager.
The Role
As Pre-Construction Manager you will be responsible for the management and coordination of all flat-roofing enquiries from tendering to project delivery stage. You will build a strong and efficient Estimating department alongside the existing Estimating and Business Development team, to create efficient working practices and develop a motivated team.
The successful candidate will have a high degree of experience and capabilities within the flat-roofing industry. You will be highly customer focussed and an innovative solutions provider. With proven experience of managing a team, you can demonstrate clear and precise team leadership skills with the ability to work alongside others to help them develop and progress.
