My client is a hugely successful multi discipline engineering company who are continuing to grow and have exciting plans for the future. Due to their ongoing success they have an opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join their talented team. Experience within the engineering sector is not essential but would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Director
  • Coordinate project schedules and information to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensuring all parties are informed of project status and updates.
  • Documentation management - generating production files
  • Point of contact for Site Manager and customer
  • Coordinate resources

Essentially, this individual will have the overall aim of supporting the Project team to ensure the smooth running of the business through driving good documentation control and process adherence.

The candidate:

  • Needs to be able to use own initiative
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment and within an office
  • Can use Microsoft: word, excel and outlook
  • An efficient individual who takes pride in their work
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
