Role Overview and ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring objectives for time, cost, and quality are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of projects of varying complexity and value.
- Overseeing financial performance and risk management for each project.
- Engaging and supporting customer and stakeholder groups through reviews and progress updates.
- Leading negotiations with customers, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Driving efficiency and implementing best practices while aligning with local processes.
- Proactively identifying risks to project baselines and implementing mitigation strategies.
Challenges and ContextThe role requires collaboration across multiple sites, involving periodic travel based on project demands.
