Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
The duties will include supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and ensuring high standards are always met.
- To help with Menu Development
- To prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Food is served as buffet style self-service.
- To follow recipes and presentation specifications
- To operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- To maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to food health & safety standards
- To assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and equipment
- To record food temperatures
- To ensure the cleanliness of the washing up area, including equipment
- To ensure that all records are maintained to the standards required by Delamere Health as well as outside monitoring agencies such as Environmental Health
- To notify the head chef or manager of any faulty or damaged equipment
About you:

Expected hours:
24 40 per week (Full time or Part time position available)
