Candidate will be -
Responsible for responding to incoming emails and processing orders using SAP.
Answering a variety of queries in a timely and professional manner and raising any Customer complaints.
Ensuring that customer orders are delivered ‘On Time and In Full’ by working closely with our warehouse and supply team as well as hauliers
The ideal candidate will have -
Experience in a customer service role .
Experience in IT systems such as SAP or other similar systems.
Excellent written and oral communication
