Sales Operations Coordinator

Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Sales and Operations teams, build valuable relationships, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

About the role
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations within our sales team by handling customer requests, processing contracts, and managing sales opportunities from start to finish. You’ll also develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal teams, ensuring every interaction is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.

As a Sales Operations Co-ordinator you will…

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion
  • Process contracts accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing helpful, timely assistance
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal team membersLogging and tracking sales requests and orders on internal systems
  • Other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department

In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills;

  • Experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A professional, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
