Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed in their education?

We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in high schools across the Northwich area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring students stay on track with their learning during a teacher's absence. If you have experience working with young people, possess strong communication skills, and are able to manage classroom behaviour effectively, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher
Ensure students remain engaged and complete their assigned work
Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment
Provide support for student's well-being and assist with any issues or concerns
Report any challenges or concerns to the relevant school staff
Adhere to school policies and procedures to ensure safety and consistency

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is an advantage)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused atmosphere
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and development
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour
