Provide strong, effective leadership to care, nursing, and support teams

Oversee all aspects of home management including clinical governance, compliance, budgeting, and occupancy

Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care for all residents

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Lead on CQC inspections and regulatory requirements

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor and support staff to foster a motivated and empowered workforce

A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Proven experience as a Home Manager in a similar setting

A genuine passion for elderly care and dementia services

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and CQC standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
