In this role, you will manage customer relationships, conduct site visits, and carry out line audits to ensure optimal equipment performance. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to execute product trials and drive after-sales growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role would suit a Technical Sales Support Specialist with background in adhesive applications within FMCG manufacturing, looking to join a leading company offering full training, career progression, a company car, and a bonus scheme.

The Role:

• Perform site visits for health checks, audits, and reports.
• Support product trials with the account manager.
• Manage after-sales for consumables and parts.

The Person:

• FMCG manufacturing experience, ideally in food or beverage.
• Knowledge of hot melt adhesive equipment
• Chemical Engineering Degree would be preferred but not essential
• Full driving license and 75% travel availability.
