Description
The key responsibilities of anExecutive Assistantwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate team meetings and facilitate communication
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Monitor, screen, and distribute incoming communications
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Support the team in project management and coordination
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as required
Profile
A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:
- A strong educational background in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
