Sonic Summary

Anderton Concrete is seeking Production Operatives for a full-time position with a day shift from 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
The starting salary for this role is £12.30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and retention bonuses of £100 after 4 weeks and £200 after 12 weeks of continuous service.
Candidates should be prepared for manual handling tasks and will receive full training upon hire.
Full-time contracts may be offered based on performance, timekeeping, and punctuality.
No specific year of experience is required; however, teamwork and quality checks are essential duties of the role.

Due to an increase in work load, Anderton Concrete are looking for Production Operatives, working towards Production Targets, on a Day Shift pattern 06:00 14:00, Monday to Friday, working 40 Hours per week, on an ongoing basis. Overtime is available as and when required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. The role does involve Manual Handling. Full training is given. Full time Contracts are available dependant on Performance, Time Keeping and Punctuality.

Starting Salary is £12.30 per hour. Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels)

Removing Finished Products

Stacking and Banding

Loading Concrete into Moulds and Machines

Machine Operating

Working as Part of a Team

Quality Checks

Filling out Paperwork
