FP&A Analyst | Cheshire | £45,000 - £55,000

An opportunity to join a PE backed business based in Cheshire as they continue on their acquisitive growth drive. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a newly created role that will offer the opportunity for someone to add genuine value whilst being responsible for ‘ground up’ process implementation within the FP&A team.

Range of duties will include;

  • Develop and implement financial models aimed to provide detailed insight to aid decision making
  • Design models to challenge accepted or new business strategies
  • Work closely with the M&A team to provide insight into further potential acquisitions
  • Produce detailed forecasts and provide commentary on key risk/opportunities
  • Design a KPI suite and produce monthly reports for management to aid decision making
  • Partner with Ops teams to provide detailed analytical feedback on key performance metrics
  • Play an active part in all financial planning & budgeting activities

Candidate profile;

  • Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) preferred – NOT essential
  • Advanced analytical experience using Excel, ERP systems and other suites
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business partnering background advantageous
  • M&A exposure also advantageous
