- Basic Salary: £25,000, including car allowance.
- Financial Guarantees: Secure income for the first 6 months.

This home-based role gives you the flexibility to manage your own diary while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to become a successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement:
- Meet clients face-to-face or virtually (via Zoom).
- Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to suit client needs.
- Lead Management:
- Work with 6-8 new, qualified mortgage leads weekly.
- Convert leads into successful mortgage and protection applications.
- Mortgage Expertise:
- Offer whole-of-market mortgage advice, including residential and shared ownership products.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends to provide accurate and professional recommendations.
- Protection Products:
- Advise clients on essential protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and accident, sickness & unemployment (ASU) cover.
- Relationship Building:
- Collaborate with property developers, introducers, and other professionals to build strong networks.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all advice and client interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who are part or fully CeMAP 1 qualified and eager to build a career in mortgage and protection advice.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience: Sales or customer service experience in financial services or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a home-based role.
- Additional Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
