Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a Buy and Build Multisite PE Backed Healthcare Services business in their search for a best-in-class CFO. The CFO will partner with the CEO and the Private Equity firm as they embark on the next stage of the business's growth trajectory towards a successful exit.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior management and the Private Equity Firm to ensure financial excellence and lead due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions.
  • Oversee reporting functions during the rollout phase, with a focus on enhancing monthly management information to improve transparency in P&L analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls to boost operational efficiency and maintain a strong commercial and customer-centric focus.

The ideal candidate:

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably Chartered
  • Experienced CFO in Buy and Build Multisite PE Backed businesses, ideally within the consumer-facing, or related sectors. Experience leading a business through a successful exit is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record in scaling up a business
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: capable of strengthening relationships with investors and business partners
