This Client Manager Opportunity I am recruiting for is within a well-established Chartered Accountancy Practice in Northwich. It is expected that the Client Manager is able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and confident leading technical conversations with clients.

Client Details

Michael Page are working with this Accountancy firm to recruit a Client Manager for their Accounts department. Their clients range from a variety of different industries such as agriculture, manufacturing and consultancy. Being part of a larger network, this Practice holds a family feel whilst keeping a corporate identity.

Description

The Client Manager will be required to take part in the following:

Preparation and review of Client accounts

Planning to completion of Audits

Preparation and review of tax work (VAT returns and corporate tax returns)

Holding client meetings either virtually or face to face

Delegating work efficiently to the team to ensure planners are managed correctly

Tracking billing targets and monitoring deadlines.

Working with Xero, Sage, Iris and Quickbooks

Reporting to the Partner and assisting juniors within the team.

Profile

* An experienced accountant with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience of working in an accountancy practice* A great communicator, organised, efficient and a positive attitude* A strong background of accounts, general tax, and business advisory* Experience of supervising and training staff* Confidence in dealing with all clients to give a high level of service.
