The Company:Our client is a growing and well-respected firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Sale, Cheshire. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Corporate Insolvency Administrators to join their dynamic team. The Role:As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality client service. You will work closely with senior team members and gain exposure to a variety of corporate insolvency procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and administrations.

Handling case progression from initiation to closure, ensuring statutory deadlines are met.

Preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence for creditors, directors, and other stakeholders.

Liaising with creditors, directors, solicitors, and regulatory bodies.

Conducting investigations into company affairs where necessary.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant insolvency legislation and best practices.

Maintaining case management systems and accurate case records.
Requirements:

Experience in corporate insolvency, ideally within an insolvency practice.

Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively within deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

CPI qualification (preferred but not essential).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management software.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
