This Finance Manager role will oversee all functions within the Finance department, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and offers strong opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks
- Set up new suppliers and handle CIS verification's
- Add new employees to Sage 50 payroll and Sage HR systems
- Manage company holiday records through Sage HR
- Generate client invoices for the company
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and invoices
- Utilise Sage 50 accounting software
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all monthly employees
- Handle weekly and monthly supplier payments
- Address payroll-related queries
- Reconcile supplier and bank statements
- Maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Provide support for daily finance operations
- Process purchases and purchase orders
- Prepare monthly VAT & CIS returns
