Interim Divisional Finance DirectorNorth West 6/12 Months£600-£700 Per day outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Interim Divisional Finance Director to support a dynamic and fast-paced B2B business through a period of significant transition. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring robust financial controls within the division.
Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage a small team of management and financial accounting professionals.* Challenge and improve financial controls, with a focus on IFRS 16 compliance.* Work closely with senior stakeholders to challenge the business, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with the group strategy.* Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment, driving performance and accountability.* Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting decision-making at the highest level.* Work flexibly across multiple sites in the North-West.
What We are Looking For:* A qualified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)* A delivery-focused finance leader with a strong track record in interim roles.* Proven experience in challenging and improving financial controls within a complex organisation.* Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS 16.* The ability to work at pace, engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders.* Experience managing and developing finance teams through periods of change.* Willingness to travel between sites in the North West as required.
