Looking for the autonomy to build something from scratch, shape financial strategy, and be the go-to commercial voice in the business? This is your chance to take full ownership of a high-profile commercial finance role, supporting the FD and leading transformation across multiple sites.

As Senior Commercial Finance Manager you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with proven commercial finance and leadership experience and a passion for process improvement, data-led decision-making, and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Experience of working in the Logistics or Warehousing Sector is advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and implement scalable financial processes and MI/BI reporting
  • Lead the development of real-time decision-making tools and rolling forecasts
  • Deliver accurate P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial finance team
  • Drive pricing strategy, customer profitability analysis, and ROI modelling
  • Own revenue and cash flow processes from contract to collection
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Transport and Ops teams
  • Integrate commercial insights into budgeting and financial reporting
  • Support strategic planning and risk management at board level
