Residential Management Group, one of the UK’s largest Property Management Companies, is looking for a Key Client Analyst.

This is a hybrid role, with minimum 2 days based in the Northwich Office and the remainder working from home. Please note that during first 3 months of training this will be 5 days per week in the office

What is the role?

You will manage and maintain relationships with key Freeholder clients, providing portfolio level reporting and ensuring that communication from these clients, in addition to colleagues, stakeholders, third party contractors and customers, are all responded to accurately and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.

What are some of the tasks I will be doing as a Key Client Analyst!

  • Ensuring all services provided to both the client, and their customers, are to the highest standard and all deadlines and SLAs met.
  • Prepare management information packs in line with client's expectations and in client's templates/format, presenting these in meetings with the clients.
  • Tracking, monitoring and chasing key areas of property management and provide reports to respective clients. Areas will include – customer services, annual property budgets, compliance and Health & Safety risks, and annual service charge accounts.
  • Be the liaison between the client and RMG, directing client queries internally and ensuring a prompt and detailed response is obtained and returned to the client
  • Ensure contractors provide servicing reports and track due dates for maintenance, ensuring key client's developments are maintained.
  • Assist with producing new business tenders for the key client portfolio (Home Ground).
  • Provide administrative assistance on all key client portfolio related projects and any other ad hoc client requests for information.

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Previous administration support experience and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service, to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to confidently use Microsoft Word and Outlook; and Excel to basic level.
  • Ability to make decisions, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail
