We're hiring Plant Nursery Production Operatives

Pay Rate
£11.44 per hour + performance bonus scheme

Overtime during the week £ 15.12 per hour

Overtime during the weekend £20.16 per hour


About the Plant Nursery Role:
The work at the nurseries involves field-based open nursery operations and polyhouse nursery operations, for the growing, tending, processing and supply of bare root and container grown forest transplants.

Examples:

  • Tree picker ( following behind the tractor collecting tree's)
  • Grading and pulling of plants
  • Sorting through small trees for quality and size
  • Packing in to sacks


This role will involve outdoor working, all necessary work wear will be provided.
All applicants must be prepared to work outdoors!

Hours of work:

Week 1 - Monday - Friday 07:15 - 16:00
