Role Description:Job Summary:Our market-leading client are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Purview Architect to lead solution architecture, design, and implementation efforts related to data scanning and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across the Microsoft estate.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Lead technical architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions, providing technical leadership to junior members of staff• Design and execute data scanning and labelling (AIP labelling, auto-labelling, and client-side labelling strategies to enhance data protection.• Develop and implement DLP policies and controls to prevent data exfiltration• Conduct architecture reviews, assessments, and performance optimizations.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to Purview deployments.• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft compliance and security technologies and best practices.________________________________________Required Skills & Experience:
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400) or equivalent.• 5+ years of experience in enterprise security, compliance, or data governance and experience working with Microsoft Purview (formerly Microsoft Compliance & Security solutions).• Strong expertise in data classification, labelling, and DLP solutions.• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, Information Protection, and Endpoint DLP.• Expertise with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications.• Deep understanding of data scanning and discovery across structured and unstructured environments.
