HSE Manager - Subsea

We are working with a leader in subsea solutions, dedicated to high standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. We seek an experienced HSE Manager with subsea expertise for a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • HSE Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain HSE policies for subsea operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Training: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for subsea personnel.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into HSE incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct HSE audits and report performance to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with regulatory bodies and contractors on HSE matters.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to enhance HSE practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in HSE management, with 3 years in subsea operations.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
  • Strong knowledge of subsea operations and HSE regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
