Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in simialr level HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum) is advantageous
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
