As an experienced HR Manager, you'll be joining this business as their first HR Manager. At a point now, in order to continue their growth, their people first mantra and to function properly, HR needs to be done internally. That's where you come in.Â
Your knowledge of all things HR will help the transition of bringing this in-house. Policy, process, and structure all within your remit to bring internally and much more proactive than currently the reactive way this is done.Â
Some of the team is based across the country, operate globally but the head office is in Northwich. That's where the majority of the team are based and as such you'll be there more often than not as it's important you're on site, in and among the business. So please, ensure that this is commutable for you when applying.Â
There are 70 of you in total working for an industry leader in their field. They are industry experts, you don't need to be from the world of Print, Marketing or Branding but you do need to know and demonstrate your experience in HR Management. One huge thing for this business and it's staff is that it's recently become an EOT, something you will obviously have the opportunity to be part of too!Â
This is an opportunity for you to guide this growing business on all things HR. You'll be reporting directly upward to the board and be responsible for all HR related matters. Direct reporting into the board isn't for everyone but as a small(ish) business, it's a fairly flat structure so you've got to be comfortable in this structure.Â
