Desktop VDI and Zscaler Security Specialist - CheshireGibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Desktop VDI and Zscaler Security Specialist to support a finance client onsite as part of a workplace collaboration project. You will be required onsite 2/3 days a week, some remote working available. This role is inside IR35: PAYE/Umbrella.Essential:- Define and develop comprehensive network strategies, ensuring robust security measures are integrated. Provide expert input from a security focus, risk management, and control perspective to influence strategic decisions.- Exhibit a strong cybersecurity and domain lead mindset, understanding the intricacies of technology to influence and drive security agendas.- Identify and mitigate security risks, implementing effective control measures to protect network and cloud environments.- Act as a liaison between the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Foundation Service (GTIS), ensuring security is integrated effectively through strong partnerships and collaboration.• Extensive experience in network strategy development with a strong focus on cybersecurity.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide strategic decisions.• Robust understanding of risk management and security controls within network and cloud domains.• Demonstrates a proactive and influential mindset.• Strong and resilient, capable of making informed decisions and standing by them.• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.Click Apply now, to be considered for the Desktop VDI and Zscaler Security Specialist role
