  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Assist clients with Active Directory management, including user and group administration, Group Policies, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and support Office365 accounts, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP settings.
  • Troubleshoot and support Azure-based services and infrastructure.
  • Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support or relevant teams as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a 1st line support role or similar technical support position.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Office365, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
