You will be reporting to Head of Performance Marketing, you will handle Paid Media strategies. THE PAID MEDIA MANAGER ROLE

  • Take responsibility for creating, managing, and improving paid media campaigns across different platforms to increase brand growth and engagement.
  • Analyse performance data to discover new opportunities, ensuring campaigns are optimised for better results.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure campaigns meet key targets and provide a strong return on investment.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure paid media strategies align with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead and support a team of paid media executives, offering strategic direction and helping them develop their skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations, always seeking new ways to improve campaigns

PAID MEDIA MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in performance marketing with successful campaign management
  • Confident and can take ownership of role
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience working with KPIS and having a good commercial understanding
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels & analytical tools
  • Experience with Meta, Google, GA4, Shopify
  • An interest in fashion desirable
