Seven Education are looking for two Catering Supervisors to work in 2 Schools in Cheshire East, these roles are an ASAP start, 25 hours per week (5 hours per day)  paying £12.18 per hour.
The role:
They require someone who can not only cook but can manage menus and budgets, level two in food and safety is essential. They will ideally have experience in cost sector catering and need to be able to just step into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ordering food
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Planning menus according to a fixed budget and following guidelines on nutrition and healthy eating
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitoring and managing supplies within a budget
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Supervising the work of catering staff, including allocation of duties and work rotas
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Developing relationships with food suppliers
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Liaising with site manager
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Complying with food safety legislation
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness within food preparation areas
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Unloading deliveries
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Helping prepare pupils' meals
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Serving dishes once cooked
